6 Ways To Deal With Moving Boxes After Your Move
Have you ever wondered what to do with the moving boxes after your move? If so, here are some ways to recycle and repurpose them.

After you've relocated and unpacked, you'll undoubtedly have so many boxes that getting them to the curb is a challenge. While you may be eager to get rid of those cardboard moving boxes, other options include recycling or reusing them.

Recycle them

Most cities and municipalities allow significant amounts of cardboard to be recycled, so you won't be charged extra to have the boxes removed. Some refuse to pick up, so you'll have to carry your boxes to a recycling center. Confirm online or by phone for restrictions such as the amount, size, and whether the boxes must be flattened.

Sell your boxes

Craigslist is a great place to post any boxes you wish to sell or give away. Another website where you can list items that you want other people to come and take off your hands is Freecycle.org.

If you haven't already joined NextDoor, it's a wonderful place to list anything you want to sell or give away, such as moving boxes and packing supplies.

Help Your Friend

Do you have a close friend or relative who is relocating soon? Save them time and money by gifting them any packaging that can be used again. The boxes will be removed from your residence, and you will save your friend the trouble of having to find their own boxes.

Donate to a Charity Organization

Charities are always on the lookout for donations that are either unused or hardly used. Your moving containers might find a new nice home with a charitable organization that has storage needs. Check with local organizations to see if they'll take your extra cardboard boxes.

Make toys

If you have children and are looking for ways to keep them entertained, consider using your moving boxes. You can spend time together doing fun activities. Cardboard will not harm your youngster and is extremely adaptable. As a result, you can make a variety of DIY cardboard toys, such as a house, a car, or a doll. Customize it with paint and decorations. It has to be entertaining.

Decorate your house

Try using cardboard to add some more decor to your walls. You may repurpose your moving boxes into party decorations in various shapes. Make some crafts and figures out of the cardboard.
